Dr Eeqbal Hassim
Dr Eeqbal Hassim is a well-published and sought after intercultural educator. Presently, he is Senior Manager for Research and Curriculum at the Asia Education Foundation. His intercultural education work includes UNESCO recognition and has been profiled in the media both nationally and internationally. Eeqbal works closely with Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) and sits on its General Capabilities Advisory Group.
Marion Lau – OAM , JP
Marion is a Director of her own business - Management Consultants and Technology Services. She is also the Deputy Chairperson of the Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria and chairs the Council's Aged Care Policy Committee, and is the Community Representative Commissioner of the Victorian Multicultural Commission.
She has vast experience in addressing the issues of ethnic health, ethnic aged care, women's issues and many other issues relating to access and equity for all migrants.

Deshani Wickremasinghe is currently the Admin, Publicity & Design Officer at Multicultural Arts Victoria (MAV).

Nicholas Abbey is co-developer of the Great Schools Network. His is also President, Victorian Council of School Organisations (VICCSO) and President, Macleod College council and Baltara School council. He has three children who have all loved learning another language.

Phyllis Foundis

Phyllis is a writer and producer with Starscribe Productions, and the host and executive producer of the TV talk show Foundis. She was voted Outstanding Female Personality of the Year in this year's Antenna Awards for Community TV. And her talk show for men, Foundis, was also a finalist for Program of the Year. A former advertising copywriter based in Sydney, she has performed her one-woman comedy show The Virgin Club in Melbourne, London and Edinburgh.
